Being Women Management's new pride and joy, Jefimija turned out to be our favorite girl from the Gucci show when 179cm of concentrated vision in the form of her silhouette hit the stage dressed in something that calls back the glamorous days of the 1970s.
Her look was more than appropriate for this show: Beauty which embodies both sensual warmth and enticing allure but still maintains its timeless, urban modernity.
Women Management Milan provided us her new tests, check them out and agree with us that Jefimija is certain to make a big-time hit with all types of clients in no time.

The heading says it all: Digital Diamonds is fed up with pseudo-relevant it-girls who come to the scene as fast as they disappear.
If anyone can be considered "relevant" in modeling, then it must be someone who has followed a long trail in order to stay. And someone’s agents who don't write off someone’s career if someone’s first or second runway season didn’t obtain a major breakthrough. Agents with a plan B in store.
Relevant is the girl who shows patience, the girl who is able to accept ups and downs, the girl who knows about her ambitions and aspirations but still doesn't show a relentless hunger for the bigger and better. Relevant is the one who can be happy with what she gets. We think those four girls understood their business and absolutely deserve their high-ranked positions.

This particular silence made everyone eager for more and totally set the right mood for the Ymre's vehement storm which just approached a few days ago, bigger and mightier than ever expected: Dominating the recent Vogue Germany issue with two editorials, one of them styled by Pat Mcgrath, the other one shot by Alexi Lubomirski and further major only-girl publications in March US Harper's Bazaar and POP Magazine's Spring 2011 issue do absolutely demonstrate that the industry is not willing to move on without Ymre.
While her fellows are out and about at all those shows in Europe at present, Ymre just landed in New York and DNA was kind enough to provide a batch of freshly-taken Polaroids.
Isn't it elusive how Ymre manages to look so regal and untouchable in those shots, almost like a 80s supermodel? Her self-assuredness and brilliance in front of the camera will in all probability keep up the storm for a very long time...

A fairly new PMA obsession of ours is nineteen-year-old Niclas Koch: Having already met the approval of Dior Homme and Lanvin in his first show season, he loves traveling, watching airplanes or just hanging around with his friends. Handsome Niclas currently resides in London with FM Agency and we're gobsmacked by this lad's beauty as he can call both his own, a distinctive jaw line and extremely magnificent eyebrows!

Newface Madness @ iD Model Management: Melle

iD Model Management propietor Penny-Lee spotted Melle in Rotterdam when the Fifteen-year-old curly head walked down the local shopping boulevard with a friend. One glimpse of an eye later Penny-Lee slipped Melle her card and it didn't take long until Melle gave her a shout.
iD Model Management took up her book progress a few weekends ago, and those two shots are outtakes of her first shooting. We're smitten with this fresh bruenette as her über-cute ears and altert, inquisitive eyes contrast beautifully to her edgy looks. So it's not surprising that I suddently felt the desire to call up my lovely seeDs.mgmt contact Aylin who is not only a kick-ass photographer but also makes a good scout as she's been eagerly scanning Berlin's alleys for good-looking belles.
One of her recent detections is Natasha Haack. The Berlin-native with curly, reddish hair and doll-like facial features stopped by the agency today and had a minute free for a little chitchat. Beautiful Mariana is the detection of Eastern Models in Poland and has been around on the high-end side of modeling for some years already, but her real momentum just started like two or three months ago booking the D&G ads by Mario Testino.
Mariana is currently preparing for her show debut in Milan, and we feel fine with this decision given that Milan has always appreciated newcomers of timesless and glowing beauty. Got her new digitals this morning, love them so much. This Pole's profile is insanely beautiful. Nose, lips, jaw line, chin - There's a balance of her facial features. And those eyes are so bright and shining - You got to love!

It's done - Digital Diamonds' NYC Pre-Season Report is finally finished. And as a little highlight for now and anticipation for what is to come, we wangled a Chit Chat with our super-favorite Codie Young.
We have to confess, it makes us particularly joyful to have supported this fairylike beauty even weeks before the entire hype around her person boiled up with numerous Vogue Australia editorials and even their October cover. And we are dead certain that even if she wasn't given this well-deserved blessing at this early stage of her career, she would have gone places as real talent will find its place, either way.
Currently residing in New York City, Miss Young has already walked 2 pretty precious shows, and it's just day 1 - With such a good start, Codie will most likely gather plenty of top-notch runway mileage in the coming weeks, stay tuned!

With Perth-native Dempsey Stewart presenting herself at Richard Chai Love today, fabulous Chloe gracing two pages in the new Love issue and Melodie Monrose being the only ethnic girl at BCBG we are more than curious to find out which girl of the magic package is currently still flying under the radar but has big things in store for the coming weeks as well.

Kid of Tomorrow newcomer Beata Holmgren is a well-known face to Scandinavian street style photographers as they have been featuring this fashion-addict with her unique style on their blogs for years. Having started her modeling career, Beata probably feels like being in paradise everytime she's out and about to local shootings, shows and everything else job-related Stockholm has to offer.
Aside from being a perfect & passionate fashionista, this 20yo porcelain-skinned Mademoiselle makes an extremely intriguing model as well: She is so witty, quaint and fairlylike-looking, we could totally picture her showing off infront of Tim Walkers' lense. Now at the age of 18, standing incredible 178cm and done with it, Aneu brings her modeling career into focus which was obviously the right decision given that she just shot the lookbooks for both Max Mara and Costume National in Milan (SCORE!). We're madly in love and completely stunned. We saw something unusual in this Illinois-kid when first testing results from New York surfaced on the web. You know, we receive dozens of proposals for features every week, perfectly beautiful girls, but something I can't put my finger on kept us thinking of this Blake girl - So we decided to ask her agent for some natural shots and were more than grateful to receive freshly-taken snaps from London via Next Models.
As I remember having read an interesting entry called "Fresh. Not fierce." on the blog of Mother Mgmt, I had to rummage around to find it again cause the basic statement of this piece is applicable to our feeling towards Blake's presence. I mean, after 2yrs featuring those new girls non-stop, you easily find out who of them deceives herself and who not. There's the girl trying to look fierce & expressive, there's the girl getting herself into tomboyish apparel & hair styles trusting it will add "recall value" to her looks and so on.
What remains is a couple of true diamonds - Those who radiate energetic spirits and can call something like a fascinating "allure" their own. Those who don't need major makeovers in order to look polished - Aren't those polaroids a proof that Blake possesses all those ingredients stated in the last two sentences? We think so. Lil' Blake's potential goes beyond her lean silhouette and perfect skin, she's authentic and real. And this magical allure will surely have a positive impact on her booking charts anytime soon.

We just added Swedish boutique agency Kid of Tomorrow to our roster of collaborating agencies because they possess an interesting corporate-image and proved themselves to be utter magicans when it comes to elaborating their development sections, nonetheless.
So first Kid to be featured is the very amazing Tove Svenskog. Still chewing books in school and therefore a bit limitied with traveling, Tove got this high toned, well-proportioned bone sturcute coupled with a harmonious complexion. Tove is the type of pure, obvious beauty which you can't stop looking at. Having awoken the interest of numerous huge agencies, she's definitely one to watch for 2011!

Appearently, we are really into featuring Q&As with newcomers who had already received a favour on Digital Diamonds over the past years. It's great to see those little busy bees making progress, the way they evolved from green, raw beginners with that little breeze of fragility in their eyes to sparkling diamonds. This being the case, we couldn't help but adding Nadya Trofimova to the list of must-repetitions as we're really entheusiastic about her being in New York City with Elite Model Management at the moment. We featured her in December '10 with a few tests as we fancied the serve yet pristine toughness of her look, and let us tell you, we still do. Our newface Mania at Storm Models in London continues with Future Face Emily Jago. Miss Jago's portfolio (click here) might possess only a few testing results so far, but her new high-res. polaroids were sufficient to have us enchanted completely. Emily's beauty is utterly enthralling and so different from all the other blondes out there. We think those hazel eyes are haunting at the very least, making a very compelling combination with super long curls and a radiant complexion.
So much potential in this brooding brunette - Emily is certainly shaping up to a must-have for London-based clients at the minute!
