With such great high end stuff in her pocket, Vanessa (and hopefully the rest of our favs) will surely continue keeping the runway castings tasteful and our eyes highly satiesfied. Holland's latest export hit is breaking the limits: With only 16 years old, Daphne Groeneveld ranks according to Vouge UK among the favorite models of Givenchy's chief designer Riccardo Tisci who considered her for the current Resort and - as only the newface - Fall 2010 Haute Couture Collection of Givenchy alongside superstars such as Malgosia Bela and Mariacarla Boscono. This being said, the 5'11 expetional talent is starring in the Fall ads of Miu Miu disseminating the idea of a more youthful and self-confident generation of dolls owning a tad of rebel edge - Fitting virsually so the vision of the collection, the Daphne + Mert & Marcus arrangement must have been the dream combo of the Fall 2010. Though, as much as we loved her having major key bookings under the belt, we were even more excited to receive those natural snaps showing Daphne in her original state: Smooth skin, full lips and a sensuality that we've rarely seen in such a new girl - our hopes for this one are high but justified: the Daphne Groeneveld machine does surely know no stop in the near future.

We set the bar for Kirsi (discovered by Brand Model Management of Helsinki) very high - as quality never fails. Equipped with Iris van Berne's elegance encountering a rather modest and pensive grace that comes extremely close to what we consider as 'Jil Sander-esque', Codie is going to perfect her skills until she takes over the Fall shows in February (via DNA NY // Viva Models Paris). Now, thanks to her mother agency - Busy Models - we can show you new polaroids of a face you should immediately get to know.

News Update on: Hildie Gifstad

Embodying the revival of a more androgynous beauty mainly known from the late 90's, Hildie Gifstad (19yo) is setting new standards in the industry with her rather mature appearance and smart grace, attributes, many of the numerous doll-faces of the last 6 years were lacking. With some important Paris based designers showing interest in faces like these that actually could refresh the catwalks of Spring 2012 which have been filled with the likes of Poly & Co in previous seasons, Hildie should definitely have a great debut in September. For now, she's based in London for further development.

The recent weeks brought Hanne Brüning (standing at 178cm) some pleasant suprises. Not that the 20yo stunner whom Mega Model Agency has pinned its hopes on only appeared in the Haute Couture Show of Chanel and those new polaroids turned out to be amazing, it was also Berlin where Hanne was apparently in the spotlights (for Michalsky and Renela Lange, among others). Now Hamburg intown, Vogue options are discussed and plans for a long-time career being shemened - Backed up by Elite Paris & London and there's definitely more in the cards!

Never mind that UK's rain swept capital might not be the most talked city when it comes to bookings pushing a newface in the public lights - Though, London has proved to be an excellent place for setting up portfolios and getting them ready (and the girls taking them to the castings as well) for further steps to Paris, Tokyo or straight to NYC. One of those London based agencies that we consider a very interesting development factory with a particular but not too 'hardcore-edged' selection of potential candidates for big things to happen is FM Agency of London. Rather keepig their diamonds in the rough on the sideline until the proper time occurs to the right circumstances, FM Agency's strategies seem - according to what we've heard thus far - wise and free of unnecessary ways to expose a girl to her limits.Well equipped with faces such as the following 2 ones, we will show patience and closely follow their progression.

No matter which mood it is, that she captures in an image. No matter if it's joy, darkness, innocence, timidity or aggression. Anouk Morgan is one of those artists who simply manage to not only produce a brilliant picture, but (even more important and admirable) produce a piece of life. Her photographs seem to abound in creativity and impressions. Never too exaggerated. Never too bold or daring and always with that certain timid vibe in them. We were more than happy when we got the chance to talk to the exceptional talent and learn more about her background and thoughts about the industry. Read our interview with Anouk below!

Interview: Quantum 7 Modelmanagement

Within the past years the fashion market in Germany has not only developed itself but still seems steadily growing and expanding. Fast progression and hard work are, what distinguishes the german industry-people. Among them: Patrick & Philipp Schunack, both former models themselves, who founded their own agency in 2009. But even though Quantum 7 Modelmanagement might be a rather new and fresh factorship, the two owners have already managed to build up a very strong company - placing their boys and girls with top agencies all over the world. News Update on: Katrin Thormann

seeDS.management's Nordlicht Katrin Thormann has been classing within our all-time-favorites for exactly 2 years now. Since her very first cover for the August issue of Dazed and Confused 2008 we have been absolutely smitten with the cool blonde. We might not be able to offer campaign or cover news today, however, we think that the brand new snaps that reached our inbox this morning, are a decent compensation for that. And she is not only impressing with her usual, mind-blowing appearance. There is some other, surprising feature in them: a new haircut! Now shoulder length and making her facial features including those cutting-edge bone structure even more prominent, the new hair couldn't be more perfect giving that already Meisel approved face a rather sportive and youthful touch. And as the S/S season is approaching, these attributes should definitely be helpful for Katrin to be back on track in full glory.

Leaving her first (and probably lasting) impressions during Berlin Fashion Week, FDIB's very own Anastasiia Chorna became quickly one of our favorite newcomers - therefore also ranked among our Berlin FW Recap Favs at the beginning of this week. Although, looking radiant and refreshingly vivacious on the runway, it's especially her test shots which make the 18 year-old Anastasiia a rather serious contender in the modelling scene. A certain feeling that every of her pictures carries with it makes you sure that the camera loves her. We're looking forward to further placements in the main markets (as for now she's just signed to FM London & Cat Model Management Berlin), and will keep you posted when some new digitals of Anastasiia reach our inbox. Prior to that, don't hesitate to read through the chitchat we had with the ukranian stunner right before Berlin fashion week started.

We don't even know where to begin... So, let's make one step after another, and start with Ann - who recently extended her portfolio with some increadible (only girl) tests. With the first rays of dawn highlighting Charlotte's light blue eyes and delicate freckles, these polaroids (originating from Wilhelmina Models New York) had our full attention when we first saw them in our inbox. Fresh, young and full of dreams - three attributes that describe her accurately. And together with her charming character, perfect proportions and a management that has already brought out several stars (Modelwerk seems to become quite the powerhouse per se) Charlotte is not only ready to build her book in NY now, but also ready to impress some important clients with it. News Update on: Jana Knauerova

Jana Knauerova. A czech girl with a face to turn heads, a body to admire and posing skills to impress. We loved Jana since her first day as a model - which is a rather long time ago as she made her first experiences abroad with Models1 (London) in 2006. Now, after a decent amount of jobs (count covers for L'Officiel, D Magazine or editorials in German Vogue, Flair and a Just Cavalli campaign to that) she could gain expertise to proove herself as a brilliant print model. But of course, it wouldn't be the fashion industry if it just became reconciled with her status as an editorial girl and doesn't have some surprises left. Surprises which came in a very highlighting way for Jana. Highlighting, as in: going blonde this May! Already looking super gorgeous in her new polaroids above, Jana also had the chance to show how increadibly well she wears her new colour when shooting with the ingenious Chadwick Tyler not too long ago. See the results beneath, be amazed and (most of all) be prepared for Jana climbing up another step on her career status.

A well structured face, flawless proportions and a hint of youth & playful spirit - seems like the perfect package that Georgiana (who is german with bulgarian roots btw) brings with her. City Models in Paris and Image in Tokyo have already fallen for her bewitching appeal and attitude. It's just a matter of time until we can see Georgiana going places - all managed by Place, of course.
